History 

Founded in 1936 by "JB" Hall, 22nd Pretoria Sea Scouts was the first Sea Scout Group in the Northern Transvaal. The group is based in Pretoria but has it's boathouse and guardship in Kosmos, Hartebeespoordam, located on a prime site purchased by the group in 1936.
